Dispatch Time

Custom / Pre-order Items: For certain custom-made or pre-order products, dispatching may take 5 business days or longer. Please refer to the specific estimated time on the product detail page, or contact us at [email protected] for confirmation.

Order Cancellation

You can request a full cancellation and refund before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, please follow our Return Policy after receiving the package.

Shipping Time

US, Canada, Australia, and European Countries: Most orders arrive within approximately 1 week. However, delivery for remote addresses, during peak seasons (such as Christmas), or due to unexpected transit delays may take up to 2 weeks or longer.

Other Regions: Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Shipping Costs & Import Duties

Import Taxes & Customs Duties: We ship to most major destinations with all applicable import duties and taxes handled on our end — no surprises at your door.

For a small number of remote destinations where prepaid duty channels are unavailable, local customs fees may occasionally apply upon delivery. If your order falls within this rare exception, we will contact you directly before shipment to confirm the details.

Delivery Responsibility (Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages)

Accuracy: Buyers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact information. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed / Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us or destroyed due to being unclaimed, delivery refusal by the buyer, or failure to cooperate with local customs clearance, it will be treated as a return. In such cases, any resulting costs, including return shipping, customs fees, or package destruction fees, will be deducted from the refund. If the remaining balance after deductions is zero or negative, no refund will be issued.
