Product & Assembly

No. Our products are not children’s toys. They consist of numerous miniature parts and precision components. They are strictly designed for adult hobbyists and teenagers aged 14+. Keep out of reach of small children due to choking hazards.

Our products are premium, intricate DIY assembly kits. You will receive a complete kit containing all the raw materials, wooden/mechanical components, and illustrated instructions needed for assembly. The product images display the fully completed and decorated model after assembly.

Most kits include essential assembly tools (such as tweezers or mini files). However, glue and batteries are strictly excluded from the packaging due to international air transport security regulations. Standard silicone liquid glue, alcohol-based craft glue, or wood glue works perfectly. The specific battery type required (e.g., AA, AAA, or button cells) is clearly listed in your product manual.

To give you complete peace of mind, Kingstora offers a one-time complimentary replacement parts service for eligible manufacturing defects. If you find any missing or broken components while unboxing, please contact [email protected] with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the exact part numbers from your instruction manual. We will provide the necessary replacement parts upon verification.

Shipping & Tracking

To ensure all packages are delivered safely and on time while maintaining highly competitive pricing for our customers, we currently utilize standard international air freight for all shipments. Separate overnight or expedited courier options are not available at this stage.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

US, Australia, and Major European Countries: Approximately 5–10 business days.

Other Regions: Approximately 2–3 weeks. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and non-guaranteed.

Fulfillment or shipping may experience temporary delays during global peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or unexpected customs events.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your real-time delivery status directly via the link provided in the email. If the link is temporarily unavailable, you can copy the tracking number and track it on our website’s “Orders Tracking” page, or via any global package tracking portal (such as AfterShip). For further assistance, contact [email protected].

Do not worry; this is normal. For international shipments, tracking numbers often take 2–4 business days to activate while the package is processed at the initial transit hub. If there are no updates on your tracking link after 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will investigate. Furthermore, if a package in transit experiences no tracking updates for more than 7 consecutive business days, we will actively open an official investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund for you.

Ordering & Payment

Please ensure you provide an accurate full name, complete shipping address, working phone number, and email address for order notifications. For certain countries requiring customs tax identification (such as RUC/CPF), please include this information in the order notes at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select local alternative payment methods. Please refer to the payment icons displayed directly beneath the checkout button to view the options available in your region. To ensure secure transactions, all checkout data is fully encrypted and securely processed by our certified international payment gateways.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact [email protected] immediately. Please note that modifications or cancellations cannot be processed once the package has entered the fulfillment stage. We will do our best to accommodate address update requests prior to logistics routing, but no changes can be guaranteed once the package has entered the shipping stage. However, if the package is already in transit, we can provide you with the contact information of your local courier service, and you may attempt to contact them directly to update your delivery address prior to final distribution.

Returns & Refund

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. All returns must receive prior authorization from our support team before being sent back.

Important Notice Regarding DIY Kits: Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Any kit that has been unsealed or partially assembled is not eligible for return or refund due to component integrity requirements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original outbound shipping cost (based on the actual shipping cost incurred by us, not the amount paid at checkout) will be deducted from the refund.

We will assess the returned item upon receipt and process the refund within 3 business days after inspection.

Taxation

We utilize specialized delivery methods that include prepaid customs clearance for most major destinations. In the vast majority of cases, our customers do not encounter any additional import fees. However, in very rare instances or under strict local customs policies in certain regions, import duties and taxes may apply and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your shipment requires any unexpected customs handling, we will always notify you via email prior to fulfillment so you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
