DIY assembly products contain a large number of miniature components. If your item arrives damaged during transit, has manufacturing defects, is missing parts, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will first offer replacement parts or a replacement product as the primary solution. In most cases, this will fully resolve the issue. If necessary, further solutions may be considered depending on the specific situation.

Free Replacement Service: Each order includes a one-time complimentary replacement parts service.
Product Characteristics: Minor variations in color, texture, packaging layout, or manual measurement differences are considered standard characteristics of DIY assembly kits and are not considered manufacturing defects.
In compliance with international consumer protection regulations, we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item for eligible returns.
Authorization Required: All returns must be officially authorized by us before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Please contact [email protected] to request verified return instructions.
Eligibility & Return Shipping: To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be completely unopened, unused, in its original factory packaging, and in pristine condition. Customers are solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Important Notice Regarding Opened/Started Kits (EU & UK Exceptions): In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to specific categories of contracts, including sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, as well as goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
DIY assembly kits fall firmly within this exemption because, once the factory packaging is opened, the numerous miniature components and precision parts are immediately unsealed and at risk of loss, damage, or becoming inseparably mixed, making the product physically and legally impossible to restore to its original resaleable condition. Therefore, we strictly do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for any items that have been unsealed, opened, or where assembly has begun.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost incurred by the seller (based on the actual shipping cost, not the amount paid at checkout) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned package is safely delivered. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Condition: Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been successfully received and inspected by our warehouse.
Refund Scope: Refunds are limited to the product price only and exclude all non-refundable charges, including but not limited to shipping costs, customs handling or disposal fees, and prepaid taxes and duties.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to officially reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
