Please note that most of the products in our store require assembly. You will receive a kit with materials and tools, and the picture shows the finished product. 

Our DIY assembly products are designed for 14+ age groups. Please check the product description for age recommendations and safety information.

Generally, you will need either alcohol-based glue or white glue; both can be used as they have slight differences. Please Google and choose the one that suits you best. Batteries are typically AA, AAA, or button cells. You will find this information on the product packaging and instructions, or you can contact us in advance for specific product requirements.

Some products have assembly videos available, while others do not. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance in finding an assembly video, or try searching for the product on YouTube. If no video is available, you can reach out to us with any technical issues you encounter.

We offer a one-time replacement service for missing or damaged parts. Please list the missing part numbers and contact us at [email protected].

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders or choose specific shipping carriers at this time. If you have strict delivery requirements, we recommend purchasing from domestic sellers on platforms like Amazon.

Order

Please provide your accurate phone number, email, and shipping address. If your country requires a tax number(RUC) for customs clearance, please include it in the remarks; otherwise, we cannot ship your order.

Please note that since most of our products require assembly and cannot be restored once started, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that the product is what you need before purchasing, and contact us with any questions beforehand.  [email protected] 

If you need to change the address or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the address or cancel the order.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 hours. If restocking or holidays cause delays, it usually won’t exceed three business days. We use air mail, and the shipping time is similar to purchasing items from overseas on Amazon or eBay. Most cities in North America and Europe receive orders in about two weeks, some areas in three weeks, and some countries may take up to a month. Shipping time is influenced by various factors. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can log in to our website using the account you used for your purchase to see a general tracking of your order in “My accout”. If you need more accurate information, You can copy this tracking number, select “TRACK” from the menu in the upper left corner of our website, and enter it in the “Tracking Number” field to check your shipment status. We ship to countries in America, Asia, Oceania and Europe. You can try placing an order by using the drop down menu in the address bar to see if you can find your country, or write to us directly at [email protected]. If your country is not on the list, it means we currently do not have a shipping channel that can ensure delivery to your country within a month, or your country has customs clearance difficulties. User experience is our top priority.

For packages shipped via postal services, there are times when we have handed the package over to an agent who then transports it to a post office in  other cities for dispatch. Until the package is scanned into the postal system, the tracking number may not show any updates. Only internal systems can track it at this stage. You can contact us [email protected] for updates or wait a few days for the tracking information to appear.

Taxation

Currently, we do not charge any additional taxes for shipments to countries outside the EU27. However, please note that some countries have low import duty exemption thresholds. If your order contains more than two items, we may split the shipment to minimize the risk of customs duties.

For shipments to the EU27 countries, in order to expedite customs clearance, we prepaid the value-added tax (VAT) at a rate of 17%-27%, depending on the destination country’s regulations. This fee is collected by the PayPal platform.

If we do not prepaid VAT, your package will not be eligible for expedited customs clearance and may be held at customs until you pay the required fees. To avoid delays or abandoned shipments, we do not ship packages without prepaid VAT.

As for using your own VAT number, we are currently unable to verify its validity, so we do not support buyers using their own VAT numbers at this time.

If you live in an EU country, all purchases are subject to VAT, with no exemption threshold. When you buy from platforms like Amazon, the total price usually already includes VAT, platform fees, and shipping costs, so no additional tax payments are required.
